Calabay Parc villa Rental Property Information

Only 15 - 20 minutes from Disney, easy access to all parks. Our brand new villa has been luxuriously furnished and is on a private gated community, sited on Tower Lake (soon to have club house and gym). It accommodates from 2 -10 people. With 2 master bedrooms en-suite and walk in wardrobes. There is also a double room and twin room sharing en-suite facilities. The villa furnishings have been upgraded to give a homely relaxing atmosphere and there is cable TV in 3 rooms (with DVD in the den). A heated private pool with relaxing spa, with a fully removable child safety fence. Telephone with free local calls. A high chair and cot is also available if required. Needless to say, all linen, towels, kitchenware is provided. The fully fitted kitchen along with cooker, fridge/freezer, also has microwave with a washer and tumble dryer in the utility room. Because it is also our home we have chosen much of furnishings from local suppliers to our own exacting standards. We love it.

The villa is is set in a secure gated community on beautiful Tower Lake, a golf course is literally 1min. down the road. Access to all the theme parks is very easy because you drive up Highway 27 on Interstate 4 and from here there is an exit to every major disney, universal and seaworld theme park, without all the traffic jams encountered on the 192. Or you can go west on the I.4 to Busch Gardens and Tampa. The new Posner Park shopping mall is only 5 mins away. Old Town kissimmee and international drive, are an easy exit off the I.4 too.
