Ideal lake front summer home on flat grassy lawn down to 75 ft of shallow sandy bottom waterfront on popular Indian Point. Gorgeous views and fabulous sunsets. Outdoor shower, (indoor also) large screen porch with dining area and daybed, gas grill, firepit for marshmellows, very clean and neat, recently updated. No pets/smoking.

This property is located in a VERY desirable area of Lake Bomoseen. The swimming is a clear sandy shallow bottom. Ideal for small children. Ski boats, jet skiis, rowboats, party boats and kayaks are available for rental at Woodards Marine or Dudas Marina. Prospect Bay golf course is 3 miles and fine dining is available both on the Lake and close by. The home is a quick 45 mins to Outlet shopping at Lake George and the Great Escape Amusement Park. Horseback riding is also available within 5 miles.
