Panama City Beach condo Rental Property Information

Golf Villa 1901 at Edgewater Beach Resort, will be your 'home away from home' when you choose to rent our beautiful condo for your vacation. We have just updated and freshly painted our ground floor, deluxe end unit in tropical style. Here you will have all the comforts of home, including cable TV and HBO in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a home cooked meal (should you tire of going out to eat). Our laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. Look across the pond behind our unit and watch the golfers on the 4th hole of our golf course. A six-minute walk through the resort brings you to our beautiful 11,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool (there is a small pool adjacent to our building) or, if you don't care to walk, a tram will pick you up. Enjoy casual meals at the Oceans Bar and Grill, your favorite drink at the Bimini Bar, pizza, and Starbucks Coffee all within the resort.

Golf Villa 1901 We take pride in ownership of our golf villa at Edgewater Beach Resort and we make sure it is the kind of place we would want to stay if we were renting. We are constantly updating and improving our unit to make it more comfortable and livable. You will love our villa because you can walk, drive, or ride the tram over to the beach and enjoy all the hullabaloo of the lagoon pool, the soft sugar white beach and the blue Gulf of Mexico, then come back to our quiet villa overlooking the golf course and just relax. You can sit out on the back patio and watch the golfers (sometimes they get frustrated!), or watch for the turtles in the pond to pop their little heads up looking for a handout of food. When the weather is not too hot, leave the master bedroom sliding glass door open and let the fountain right outside lull you to sleep (turn the A/C off, of course). Compare my rates to Edgewater Management and other owners -- you'll find them to be very reasonable.

Edgewater Beach Resort Edgewater Beach is one of the top rated resorts in Florida. It is in a safe, gated community. The villa side of the resort boasts a challenging nine-hole Par 3 golf course, several pools, lighted tennis courts, stocked lakes, fitness center, pro shop and conference center. Just a few steps away across a pedestrian bridge is the beautiful 11,000 sq. ft. Lagoon Pool with tropical palm trees, islands, waterfalls, two hot tubs, as well as plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and sunning while listening to the live entertainment provided during spring, summer and fall. Besides the Oceans Bar and Grill, Bimini Bar, and Pizza Hut, Edgie's Market has a Starbucks, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and ice cream. We also have a hair and nail salon on the beach side. Our landscape departments keeps the grounds immaculate at all times. Edgewater Beach is the perfect place for families to spend their vacation. And my rates are much less than renting through Edgewater Management.

Attractions near Edgewater Beach The Hombre, a 27-hole championship golf course (which hosts the Ben Hogan Classic every March) is less than five minutes away. Movie theatres, restaurants, ice cream parlors, entertainment complex (sports bar, video games, skating, bowling, etc.) and miniature golf are across the street. A Publix Supermarket is directly behind the resort, along with other shops. Pier Park, a new multi-use facility, is being build right down the road. A multi-theatre cinema is already open, along with a new Target and several other shops and restaurants. Ripley's Believe it or Not is about a mile away. A 40-minute drive down towards Destin will bring you to Silver Sands, a huge outlet mall with upscale stores. You just can't go wrong renting my villa at Edgewater Beach -- it's close to everything.
