Idyllwild house Rental Property Information

Just a block away from town with easy walk to shops, movies, and restaurants. Easily accomplished by wheelchair. There is a lovely flow through sliding glass doors from the living room, family room and master suite. All lead to the patio where there is a large built-in pool, separate spa area with a deck, and gas BBQ to enjoy. Ramp access from all above mentioned rooms. This home is very 'homey and comfortable. The large brick fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the family room, are perfect to enjoy in the evening. The backyard is well lit, so a game of ping pong can be played any time. Cancellations:All cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee. 5% of Deposit Cancellations must be made 30 days (Holidays 45 days) in advance to receive a deposit refund minus 5%. If a shorter notification is given the entire deposit and rent will be forfeited unles we are able to rent out the same time frame.
