The first floor bedroom and bath are convenient for people who do not want to climb stairs. There are fans in both upstairs bedrooms when a little more air is needed but it is not hot enough for air conditioning. There is also an outside shower.

This is the first year renting this property since it has been renovated. It is bright & beautiful as well as charming and cozy. Ideal for weekend get aways off season and summer seasons to remember. The fall is beautiful on the Vineyard and the waters are still warm. Christmas in Edgartown brings back memories of bygone times and we will be open for reservations. There are many activities and special events year round so keep us in mind for a refreshing change of pace during the rest of the year. The ferry runs all year and makes coming to the Island a very special adventure. There is also air service year round on Cape Air.
