Fall Asleep with white-water view of the ocean. Walking distance to Yacht Club, Doheny Beach. On ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway and is extremely quiet, but rents for 30+ days. 1/4 of a mile walk to beach with semi-private pathway. Ocean sit-down, white water view from living room, master bedroom and patio. Patio has barbeque and comfortable chairs w/table and fantastic view. Condo is on 2nd/top floor w/elevator for easy access. Covered parking and gated complex. Coffee shop and fine dining across street. Underground gated parking provides safety and privacy. King size bed with new Beauty-Rest mattress, down pillows and comforters. The master bath has an over sized tub and separate shower. The gourmet kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer and the kitchen is fully equipped. The second bedroom is a queen size bed, with no ocean view, but has a T.V., DVD player, computer, printer and writing desk.

Winter months bring whale watching and views of the snow-capped Big Bear Mountain in the distance.
