  • Cleaning will be Wednesday mid-week and on the turn-around Sunday.
  • Pool and spa will open from Memorial Day through September 12, 2010. A surcharge for propane may be added for excessive heating of pool and spa. Pool and spa opening dates may be extended upon mutual agreement of owner and renter to pay reasonable propane fee.
    Weekly rental from Sunday to Sunday.
  • We have received only rave reviews from families that share the rental costs and enjoy their Vinyard vacation together. There are a few homes on the Vineyard that provide the space, luxury and all necessary amenities for a large group vacation.
    The house, pool, spa with all the other amenities are unmatched in the area for the price.

  • All bathrooms have marble vanities and beautiful onyx tile floors. The fixtures in the bathroom and the luxurious towels and amenities will remind you of a Ritz Carlton hotel.

  • There are two beautiful master bedrooms with bathrooms. One master bedroom is located on the first floor and the second master is located on the 2nd floor with a full bath. There are five bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The kids really enjoy the bedrooms with the four bunk beds and the bedroom with the double trundle beds (sleeps 4). There is a queen bedroom and the 6th bedroom has 2 twins beds. All linens and amenities are luxurious. Although the house has central air - there are ceiling fans in each bedroom.

Beautiful gardens with plenty of privacy and security make this luxurious home a fantastic place to vacation. The in ground gunite pool and spa is the perfect place to relax and swim, before and after going to one of the many Vineyard beaches. Since the house was built in 2008, all the furniture, appliances, dishes, pots/pans, beds are new. Renters cannot stop thanking us for all the amenities we provide to our renters/guests. The house has plenty of room for a multi-family and/or multi generational vacation. We have 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 washers and 2 dryers and dishes, china, platters and more - all purchased with large groups in mind.

Deluxe amenities abound in our newly built 3500 sq ft home - conveniently located to both Edgartown, South Beach and all other Vineyard towns and beaches. Large living and dining areas provide space for large groups. Central air and ceiling fans in each room. Screen porch leads to large, private pool/spa patio with 5 pool umbrellas (2 glass outdoor dining tables) and 8 pool lounge chairs. Plenty of secured, private space to relax and enjoy sun-filled days in the pool. In ground pool with hot tub are perfect for before and after the beach - or take late night swim.

Home equiped and ready for multi family vacations Our new gourmet kitchen with Viking stove, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, Bosch appliances, soapstone counter with 5 stools makes vacation cooking and family dining fun for all. Open dining space has room for 14 at the table. The living/great room and den complete the first floor. A spacious lower level family room has a full bathroom , ping pong table, dining area, TV and plenty of games and room for the entire family. There is a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. The screened-in porch leads to back deck with large wooden swing. Our large, beautiful gunite, heated in-ground pool has an attached hot tub/spa. The pool is designed as a play pool with shallow ends on both sides - great for pool games (volleyball, basketball). We have equipped our house for a large group vacation (multi-family and/or multi-generational) with two washing machines, two dryers, two dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, large grill, and much, much more! Nothing missing!
