Six sleeping areas (sleeps 14), 4 ½ Bathrooms- Central Air Conditioning – Custom Built Home (2008) with heated in-ground pool and attached spa. Deluxe amenities abound in our newly built (2008) 3500 sq ft home - conveniently located to both Edgartown and South Beach. Our central air conditioned home has 6 Bedrooms and 4 ½ half bathrooms and includes 2 master bedrooms (first floor and second floor) and 4 large family bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
Our new gourmet kitchen has dining space for all. The living/great room and den complete the first floor. A spacious lower level contains a ping pong table and plenty of games for all. The back deck with screened-in porch leads to a beautiful heated in-ground pool with an attached hot tub/spa. We have equipped our house for a large group with two washing machines, two dryers, two dishwashers, large grill, and much, much more! Please contact us for more details.
