A great setup for two couples or a large family, this 2 bedroom lockout unit gives the renter plenty of options! Situated on the edge of the Pemigewassett River, Deer Park is located in the heart of the White Mountains, just two miles from Loon Mountain Ski Area. The townhouses and condo buildings are carefully situated so that you enjoy park-like scenery and spectacular views of Franconia Notch. Tennis and basketball courts are strategically located throughout the resort and there are many spots for fishing or quiet thinking along the riverbanks. A beautiful club house is located beside a five acre lake. Those who enjoy swimming can choose from the lake in the summer or the year-round indoor pool and spa. The club also contains racquetball courts, a game room, and full exercise facilities.

Included with the rental of the condo is access to a recreation center which features an indoor pool, jacuzzi, game room, racquetball court, wallyball court, exercise rooms, and tennis courts. In the winter, a shuttle will pick you and your equipment up at your front door and transport you to Loon Mountain. In the summer, Deer Park is the place for relaxation and fun at the private beach with all of New Hampshire's attractions at your fingertips.
