CHECK BELOW FOR SPECIAL JUNE/JULY RATES!! Slow Mocean is a newly renovated house on the private island of Water Island, USVI. Water island is the smallest of the USVI just off the coast of St Thomas. Water island has no hotels or condos. The beaches are quiet and pristine. St Thomas is a short public ferry ride away. Slow Mocean comes fully furnished including a golf cart for your transportation on Water Island. The island is only 500 acres. Residents are friendly, helpful, and inclusive. There is much harmless wildlife, private beaches and beautiful views. My property manager will meet you at the Water Island Ferry Dock and take you the Villa. She is available during your stay for questions or issues. Slow Mocean has a private setting with a huge deck. The house sits on the crest of Water Island for great views and breezes. This is a private residence on .75 acres. It is not an apt or on property with any other house. This is a private location for you to enjoy. Slow Mocean sits on the crest of Water Island, USVI for great views and breezes. Beautiful beaches are just a short golf cart ride away. You would fly into the only airport on St Thomas, USVI. Take a short taxi ride to Crown Bay Marina. There you catch a 7 min ferry to Water Island. You are on the beach in no time! I also have another property-- 1 BR 1 Bath Cottage with a large screened porch that is very private on an acre of palms. It too has a great view and location. Check it out on my web site below.
