The property is less than 45 minutes from Clemson University or Seneca SC. Lake Keowee is a 23 mile long, 18,500 acre lake that has been voted one of the cleanest lakes in the South East. Several golf courses in the general area. Their are restaurants located on the water as well as within easy driving distance. Close to many waterfalls, scenic rivers, and surrounded by mountains; once you stay you will want to come back year after year!

Lake Jocassee Located just above Lake Keowee is lake Jocassee which has only 50+/- homes on this 13,500 acre lake. Once you see it you will fall in love. Devils Fork state park is where you put your water vehicles in and explore the area from their. There are diving trips, fishing tours and a whole lot more.
