Grand Cayman villa Rental Property Information

Spectacular newly constructed oceanfront 5BR luxury villa in Rum Point on Grand Cayman's northern coast. 'Coral Kai' offers 4,500 sq. ft. under roof and an additional 2,000 sq ft. veranda, tiled deck and pool area. Vaulted ceilings, separate TV room & open floor plan all contribute to a relaxing atmosphere for a Caribbean Holiday. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central A/C, Internet access and telephones. No BBQ Grill. Only restrictions are that the owner is very wary of accommodating small children, as the pool deck gets slippery when wet. He therefore asks for 12+ yrs old minimum age. Also, a $500 damage deposit is held on a credit card. Sandy beach, great snorkeling and proximity to restaurant's and the Rum point Club make 'Coral Kai' a very desirable home. This is a non-smoking home.
