The Vilano Beach House is a lovely oceanfront beach home with over 2100 sq feet of living area on 100 feet of direct beach frontage. The beach house has been recently renovated and modernized. The interior is bright and cheerful with a professional finish. The house is located 4 miles North of the center of the 'Old City' in St. Augustine, Florida (1 mile from St. Augustine), 20 miles South of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and 15 miles from the World Golf Village.

The Vilano Beach House features a large family room with game/eating alcove, dining room, sitting alcove with great ocean views, and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper outside deck is spacious and an excellent viewpoint to watch dolphins swim by (we have even seen a rare endangered right whale on occasion) and listen to the pleasing sounds of the ocean waves.

The house is directly oceanfront with private access over a wooden dune walkover. There is a private 'beach dock' (not boat docking) directly on the beach off of the walkover which you can sit and sun and watch the kids making sandcastles -- all without getting yourself sandy!! The 'dock' has electricity so you can plug in your radio 'on the beach'. (Very few beach homes have one of these docks because they are no longer being allowed to be built.) Sorry, but no pets or smoking allowed on the property !!!

Minimum age requirement to rent the house is 25 years of age. The person making the reservation must also be the staying at the house during the full term of the reservation. No house parties, weddings, wedding receptions or motor homes are allowed.
