‘A Place in the sun'!! Upscale brand new condominium just steps away from the ocean. This condominium has been professionally decorated featuring a large open living room and a formal dining area which seats eight. Fully equipped kitchen with a bar that seats four. Two master bedrooms overlooking the ocean. Master bedrooms have a king size bed and queen size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds that could easily make an additional king!! Each bedroom features its own private bath. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Both Master bedrooms as well as living room open onto an expansive balcony.
There is a pool, steam room, sauna and workout area. An outside shower to wash off a day at the beach located beside pool! Covered parking provided for one car, additional parking across the street. Washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. There are hair dryers in each bath as well as phones and alarm clocks in each bedroom.
