Victoria townhome Rental Property Information
Our Railway Ave Brighton townhouse is large and luxurious. It has 3 double bedrooms (master with ensuite) and accommodates 6 guests plus 2 infants.
Downstairs has a large formal living/dining area and a separate family room, all with beautiful wooden floors. Just off the family room, there is a lovely bright walled courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. Upstairs, each of the 3 large bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe, and can have either 2 single beds or 1 king size bed. There is a remote-controlled double garage with internal access to the property.
When you stay in the prestigious Bayside area of Melbourne, you can enjoy all the benefits the area offers, including close proximity to the bay and its wonderful beaches, and easy access to Melbourne's CBD by car or train. Yacht clubs, golf courses, cycle paths and parks are all within easy reach.
