Located on the Corner of Queen Anne Rd. and Oyster Pond Lane, you park your car and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of being close to town, but not on top of it!!! Our home, completely re-done over the past three years blends the convenience of location along with comfort of a home! Walk to the Chatham A's ball field, town, Oyster Pond Beach, Village Market or simply relax in the yard throwing a ball or playing croquet! Early morning coffee on the front porch or evening beverages on the patio are all that you are looking for when you vacation at our home. The kitchen has been fully equipped by the owner who is a professional chef so there is nothing missing or needed.

  • Yes, we have a lot of bathrooms. The Dormer room on the second floor which has a full and two twins is complete with an in-suite bath. Perfect for those teenagers! The main second floor bath belongs to the two other guest bedrooms. The bath in studio is tiny - very tiny! Works fine for teens or that nanny, but not for most adults. The best shower on the property is the outdoor shower which is new and spacious and most importantly 'private'!

Only the Cottage is Air-Conditioned. We do have fan for every room in the main house and quite honestly only need to use them usually one week per season! Also, we do not have a microwave on the property.
