Welcome to our Rosarito beach front home located in the pristine gated community of Puerta Del Mar in Baja California, Mexico. Our cozy beachfront bungalow is a mere 40 minutes from the San Diego Border. Rest, relax, and enjoy the sun on a private beach in a gated community. Our home is a cozy little bungalow on the ocean's edge. There is a small kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Enjoy a cup of hot coffee as you watch the sunrise. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds and fluffy pillows. Both bedrooms have big windows with wonderful ocean views. The living room has a color T.V. and beautiful hand crafted furniture.You can open the big double doors and enjoy the ocean as you relax on the comfortable sofa. There is a laundry/pantry room with a washer and a dryer. You can enjoy a tasty BBQ on the back patio, while you breathe in the ocean air. When you are ready to cool off, the steps down to the private beach are right outside.

Fraccionamiento Puerta del Mar Kilometer 55 Playas de Rosarito, B.C Mexico From North: Pass the border at San Diego, bring a photo ID and a certified birth certificate or a passport, if you have one. Follow the signs that say Rosarito. Take the Scenic road to Rosarito/Ensenada south. It is a toll road, you will have to pay $2.40 two times. (They accept dollars). Drive south approx. 25 miles, pass Rosarito, pass Puerto Nuevo, pass Cantamar, etc. and exit at 'Cuenca Lechera'. It is exactly 13.5 miles from the second toll booth to the Cuenca exit. Continue south on the parallel free road for two more miles until you get to the development 'Fraccionamiento Puerta del Mar.'

Activities Our cozy bungalow is near many activities. We are 1 minute from the san dunes in Cantamar,where you can rent ATV's. Drive 3 minutes south and you will find La Fonda: a wonderful restaurant with access to the beach. Thirteen minutes north is downtown Rosarito. Spend the day shopping and stop to eat at one of the many restaurants. Take a scenic drive 25 minutes south to Ensenda and enjoy sightseeing, whale watching, shopping, and many restaurants.

Puerta Del Mar Puerta Del Mar is an exclusive residential development where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the Pacific Coast, with all the comfort, security and services of a world class development. We are located about 45 minutes South of San Diego, in Rosarito Beach, Mexico.
