The waters edge is 3-5 minutes from the cottage, there is a short walk down a slopping path to get to the 30 foot long dock and float. There is a ladder off the end of the float where the water is approximately 8 feet deep. Farther off to the right and out into the lake is another float which is easily accessible by a short swim! For those who are not up to the walk or prefer to drive there is a short private driveway that may be used to drive down to the area around the dock. There are also multiple beach areas on the lake which can either be reached by boat or car. There is a very nice beach, especially for children, within 5 miles of the cottage! |
