Waikiki condo Rental Property Information

New on the rental market. Bright beautiful ocean view located 1 block from Waikiki Beach. Fully renovated in 2006 this larger (+10%) corner ocean view condo is located on the 12th floor. The Waikiki Banyan is a family friendly building hosting many facilities such as pool, hot tub, tennis court, bbq area, basketball court, kids playground, golf putting green, and a small store. The condo has a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Two extra twin air beds are available upon request. A crib/playpen is also available. The condo has air conditioning, new appliances, TV, beach chairs and all of the towels and linen you will need for your stay. If you are renting a car we have free parking available. Laundry facilities on every floor.We accept credit cards.

The Waikiki Banyan is located one block from the beach and two blocks from the Honolulu Zoo. There are many activities to do within walking distance. Bus stop located out front. You can catch a bus almost anywhere. $2 will get you a bus trip all round the island. You can catch a bus to Costco or Ala Moana Shopping Centre. There is a supermarket 4 blocks away. The International Market Place and hundreds of restaurants are within walking distance.
