This charming, newly renovated South Chatham home is just a short walk to three popular Nantucket Sound beaches (Red River Beach and Forest and Pleasant Street Beaches) and an easy drive to several gourmet restaurants as well as historic Chatham and Harwichport and their many unique shops. The first level of the home has a large, comfortable living room with cable HDTV, HSI and DVD, a fully equipped galley kitchen with two breakfast bars, a family dining room that seats eight and a full bath and laundry. The second level has a full bath and sleeps 6 very comfortably in three bedrooms, including a large master with a king bed and two bright bedrooms each with two twin beds. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, loft, vaulted ceiling and sliders to a large second level deck perfect for sunning or reading the newspaper with your morning coffee. A large first level deck has a Weber gas grill and deck furniture perfect for outdoor dining, sunning or just relaxing with a good book.

Bath, Kitchen and Bed Linens Included: Bed and pillow linens are provided along with a comforter and blanket for each bed. Towels and wash cloths are provided for six persons. Six beach towels are provided.

Communications provided: Cable television with HDTV service and a 26' HDTV (LCD) with a CD/DVD player is provided in the living area. A second LCD television set (DTV) is provided in the master bedroom. High speed cable Internet is also provided with a router for wireless connection to your laptop or other wireless device. No telephone service is provided, however, cell phone reception is good at the home location.

Other Information: Beach chairs for 6 adults and 2 children are provided with a carrier for transporting them to the beach. Parlor games, including Monopoly, Scrabble, Children's Scrabble, Jeopardy, Mexican Train Dominoes and playing cards, are provided.
