Notes:

There is a pool on site for your enjoyment. The pool is gated and available only to the homeowners and their guests. As you arrive there are extra home keys and a pool key located on a magnetic board in the entry. There are beach towels for your use in the upstairs bathroom linen cabinet. Our pool has half dozen or so lounge chairs as well as a dining table that seats four. There are plastic plates, glasses and margarita glasses in the condo that can be used by the pool. For those of you who want to get out and explore, there is a covered Capitol Metro Bus Stop and University of Texas Shuttle Stop just in front of the condo. A car is helpful during your stay but not necessary if you choose to use Austin's public transportation. We can assist you with transportation schedules to specific locations if interested. There are also several necessities/ amenities in walking distance (1 mile or less): grocery, restaurants, parks, pools, lake and hike and bike trails.
