Located at 15861 Loyalist Parkway, (Hwy 33), minutes from the world famous Sandbanks Beach and Outlet Beach as well as shops, local produce markets, award-winning wineries, fabulous cuisine, art galleries, hiking & biking trails and rich cultural traditions.

  • The Cost - $1,500 for 1 weeks stay, which can be charged to your credit card, debit card or paid with cash. Prior to every occupancy, we check the house with the client to agree to the condition of the guest house.
    Check in time is 3pm Saturday and check out time is 11am the following Saturday, 7 days in total.

    The Highway House on West Lake also has a policy of no pets.

    Longer rental periods are available. In the event that you stay longer, our cleaning staff will clean the house to insure the freshness and cleanliness.

    The Cost between Labour Day and New Years - $1,250 per week.

    The Cost between New Years and June 1st - $1,000 per week.

    Weekends - 2 Days - $600.00 3 Day Weekends - $850.

    You are responsible for any damage incurred while renting the house.

    Taxes Extra - 5% Goods and Services Tax and the 5% Provincial Sales Tax.
