There is also a garage and front of house parking area, front and back garden. Shutters are fitted to all windows/doors and garage. The house is connected to the Island main road which is paved. Total land area is approximately 7000 square feet. Regular bus services into town are available, but a hire car is recommended to travel freely around the Island.
