The TV in the living room can also be used as a computer monitor for presentations, computer games, etc.. The living room has a convertible sofa that opens into a queen size bed. Free local and long distance calling, excluding pay for service numbers and international calling, are included as part of the rental. There are desks in both the living room and master bedroom. Smoking is not permitted in the house but is allowed on the covered porch areas provided windows and doors are closed. A maximum of two pets are welcome. The house has a fenced yard with 5 foot chain link fence. The washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room, not in the kitchen.
