| Notes: | We provide housekeeping three times per week, a daily gardener, and pool maintenance on a regular basis. We have a full time professional property manager, and a night watchman for our neighborhood. There is a private walkway adjacent to our property which will give you direct access to the ocean (not the beach) for great surf fishing and shell hunting. The closest beach is a 3 minute walk away. A private chef or catering can be arranged. Our view is unparalleled in Puerto Escondido. All Beaches, Restaurants, the City Center, the Markets, and the Cliff Walk are within walking distance to our villa. Our villa is convenient, private, well appointed, and epitomizes the real estate maxim: location, location, location. |

Our Goal: Our goal is for you to have a safe, memorable, private, and effortless vacation in paradise.
Ease of Use: Our villa is well-appointed and designed to be easy to use. You won't find fussy here. We make your check-in simple with an access code. No keys to pick up, drop off, or lose. We have a cell phone for your convenience. Our computer is Skype ready (wireless headset available), so you can communicate with loved ones any where in the world on your Skype account. Be on vacation, but you can be in touch if desired or necessary.
Experienced, Friendly Staff: Puerto Escondido is laid back. Some say if it were any more laid back, it would fall over. Our staff, however, is always in top form. Our Villa is professionally managed, the staff know their jobs backwards and forwards they do an excellent job.
