Newfound Lake studio Rental Property Information

This Cute cabin in the front row overlooking New Found Lake in Bristol New Hampshire. It is part of Newfound Sands Condominium complex. As you relax on the front porch enjoying the view of the lake you can watch your family enjoying the beach along the west shore of the lake. It is truly a New England Summertime experience. The Lake, the mountainous view, and the extraordinary sunsets are all reasons why I have guests who return year after year. The fishing is great, local dining is excellent, and outdoor recreation is the name of the game. The cabin is also a wonderful base from which you and your family can explore the White Mountains and many other not so far away attractions that makes The Lakes Region of New Hampshire such a wonderful and sought after vacation spot for so many people year after year.

Newfound Lake and the summertime activities it offers is the primary attraction to the immediate area. Not Far away are the White Mountains, Lake Winnipesaukee, Hiking trails, cliff diving, caves, hiking trails, old New England towns etc. fine restuarants, Kaiaking, canoeing, etc. There is also plenty of shops, Malls, outlet centers, fast food and all the things many don't want to be too far away. The Lakes Region is a great place to get away without being too far away. The Cabin offers peace and tranquility with a view that is sought by many.

My wife and I tried to think of all that we could so as to make the unit as accommodating as possible. We have and will continue to stock all that we think you will require. If a previous renter exhausted some of the provided inventory we apologize. There is a small supermarket 1/2 a mile away should you need anything. Cabin Complex and Vicinity The Cabin is one of many built into the side of a hill on the west side of NewFound Lake in Bristol New Hampshire. The Complex once named 'Bungalo Village' has been redeveloped into a individually owned group of condominiums now called 'NewFound Sands'. With this transformation comes individual pride that most owners have in their units. Ours is #15 which is located in the very desired front row overlooking the lake and beach area. The units are seasonal rentals available from late spring until early fall. There is a shuffleboard court behind our cabin but the main source of pleasure is enjoying the front porch and it's wonderful lake view.

The 'Cozy Cabin' Considering the limitations of the size of the cabin my wife and I have made this cabin the sort of place we can go and enjoy ourselves. There are two TVsw cable, VCR / DVD player, CD/ Radio. The Galley is small but well equipped. There is a small refrigerator/ freezer, and a two burner electric stove. and sink. there are cabinets and additional storage areas. There is a handy Picnic table outside and a small dining area inside. NO AC but a ceiling fan and floor fan and heater is there for your comfort. The unit will sleep 4 (two on the double bed and two on the futon. The bathroom again is small but has a toilet and shower.
