Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 50% of rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival with remaining balance due at arrival. The first 50% of the rental fee must be made by check or money order the remaining rental fee may be paid by check, money order or credit card.
- There is a $500 deposit required for reservation/cleaning/security. This deposit is your reservation deposit up to your arrival time, at arrival it becomes your security/cleaning deposit. When departing the property and home must be clean! If you stay for your scheduled time the $350 is fully refundable, subject to condition of property and contents at departure.
Cancellation at anytime is an automatic loss of 50% of any and all funds already paid. The balance of which is subject to re-renting of the unit.
