Crescent Beach condo Rental Property Information

Summerhouse is located at the Southern tip of Anastasia Island, 15 miles south of St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States. It is the only low-rise, low-density (open grassy space abounds) condo on the island. This resort preserves the natural environment of Florida beaches. Its southern border is on a state park, western border on a National park site. Your unit #222 is a flat, with no stairs to negotiate. It is elegantly furnished in Beach/Tropical style, with tiled floors, fully-equipped modern kitchen, cable TV, VCR, phone, all linens, and washer/dryer. Day trips will take you to Orlando/Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, or Daytona Beach. If you prefer local attractions, Ripley's and Lightner Museums, Old St. George Street with numerous shops and restaurants in St. Augustine, can delight you for the entire day. If you are a golfer, or prefer fishing, you can find these activities close by. At sunset a walk on the beach will complete your day.
