Further Details for the cottage in Downeast and Acadia, Maine, USA

History of Osprey Point The cottage at Osprey Point was one of the original cottages on Toddy Pond. It has undergone several renovations including updates in 1995 and more recently in 2007. It is right on the water's edge and has the feeling of being on a boat from the screened in porch. Both sunrise and sunset can be viewed from the porch as well. It has a real sandy beach area and a nice new yellow swim float available. Osprey Point has one of the very few remaining 'boat-houses' still standing. It is a work in progress, but a real step back in time. Nostalgia abounds inside, too. Many of the objects on display are relics of our own childhoods. We kindly ask for references to book this gem.
