The wash sink is set in the the granite counter-top and Maple cabinets that match the Kitchen. Everything is new and top of the line.

  • The Bedroom over looks the ocean, where you can hear the waves all night long. There is a Queen bed with a brand new luxury pillow-top mattress and lots of new fresh soft fluffy pillows. A beautiful pastel all cotton quilt in a soft sea foam green with custom made floral euro decorator pillows. Sheets are soft green and 100% cotton. As a courtesy to our Tenants, we replace our linens and pillows on a regular basis.

Our Rental Agreement! To confirm your reservation, we email you our Rental Agreement that is personalized with your name, rental period, breakdown of all costs, and our cancellation policy. It is required for each Tenant to sign this Agreement and we also sign a copy and send back to you.

Our Cancellation Policy! Our Cancellation policy is easy. We refund 100% of all Deposits, as long as we receive written notice (emails accepted) forty-five (45) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. The only exception to this is the December Holidays, where we require a sixty (60) day notice.
