Renters also pay $50 cleaning fee which is non-refundable. - Summer Rentals require 50% with signed rental agreement at time of reservation booking, Final 50% plus $50 cleaning and $250 Security Deposit due 60 days prior to vacation. - PAYMENT: Payment in US Dollars - US Residents Check preferred, options such as PayPal available by special request - Please inquire as there is generally a 4% fee to cover Paypal and Cross Border fees -
