Adorable, seaside house. Two minute walk to warm water Sea St. Beach in Dennisport. Newly decorated 3 Bdr. house, has full kitchen with living,dining open floor plan. One full bathroom and outside shower. House has central air conditioning, heat and fire place in living room. Cable TV and DVDs in 2 of 3 bedrooms and living room. Very cozy with new linens on beds and brand new comfy couch!

Guest Book Hi Heather, We ALL had a wonderful time at the Cape and the accommodations were outstanding. 273 was perfect for my son and daughter and their families and the small house was certainly adequate for my husband and myself. The AC was definitely a perk because we had a very warm and sunny week. I actually told my husband that I'd love to install an outside shower. I forgot to take a picture of the gorgeous blue hydrangeas that seemed to be everywhere. I try in vain to get mine to be blue but no luck. It must be the soil or the air there. Anyway we loved every minute of or stay and would love to return sometime. Thanks again for everything. Michele Marcil [mlmarcil@hotmail.com]
