Brian Head cabin Rental Property Information

This wonderful cabin sits high in the tree tops. As you look out the many large windows you will feel like you are in a fantastic tree house, nestled in the pines. The cabin is aptly situated on Spruce Street--about a 1 minute drive from the Navajo Lodge and a 4 minute drive from Giant Steps. The Spruce cabin is 3 stories and over 4100 sq feet of gorgeous living space. A charming original A-frame has a huge new addition and the kitchen has been completely remodeled and reconfigured. The kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and warm rustic cherry cabinets. The kitchen is very large with a bar as well as a huge family table. The home has a large living room with pool table, 2 full couches and chairs. There are 2 beautiful redwood decks, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. Sit quietly in the tree tops on the porch swing on the deck off the master and relax, listen to the wind in the treetops.

This fantastic cabin is located in the heart of the southern Utah National Park area. Zion National Park, Bryce National Park and the Grand Canyon are all close. The cabin is 5 minutes away from breathtaking Cedar Breaks National Monument. This beautiful mountain home is located in the heart of Brian Head-a great ski resort town with fantastic snow and slopes. Snowmobiling is also great all winter. Mountain biking trails cover the mountain during the summer months. Hiking and fishing are also great summer activities.

Garage, gas fireplace and wood stove. The cabin features a 47' flat screen LCD TV in the living room, a 32' flat screen in the master bedroom. Both have DVD and satellite. There is another TV for the kids with a DVD, VCR and PS2. There is a DVD library and a couple PS2 games. The master also features a jetted tub and a steam shower. There are board games as well as the new Olhausen pool table. During the summer months there is a fire pit outside for use in the cool high mountain night air.
