Steamboat Springs condo Rental Property Information

This beautifully newly refurnished 2150 sq. ft,(new PIX coming next week) 4 bed/4 full baths spacious and comfortable Phoenix unit has 3 separate family rooms, dry sauna, full size washer/dryer, wireless internet, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Main family room has large flat screen TV and surround sound stereos in all family rooms. All bedrooms have TV/cable/dvd. Bedroom configurations as follows: 1) Queen/single bunk (sleeps 3)-efficiency w/ deck 2) King (sleeps 2) 3) Queen (sleeps 2) 4) 2 bunks, trundle, full loft and queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 8-10). Total 4 bedrooms sleeps: 15-17. There is new bedding, furniture, and appliances. To name a few amenities when staying at the Phoenix: concierge staff, 2 outdoor hot tubs and heated swimming pool, private shuttle, family/meeting room, hi speed internet/computer, and exercise room at clubhouse. Its' location and amenities are hard to beat!

Excellent Location Cross the street and you are on the ski mountain. This condo is a 2 minute walk from the Gondola to your home. Also, directly next door is the clubhouse...steps to the pool and hot tubs in which you don't need to walk across the parking lot after a fun day of skiing! Another great perk of being so close to the mountain is to be able to ski down to your condo and have lunch. You won't need to pay the high prices for food on the mountain or fight for a place to sit. The Market next door, is very convenient instead of having to go to the supermarkets downtown.

Excellent Amenities The amenities at The Phoenix are first class. A private shuttle to take you to the grocery, downtown, etc., an outdoor heated swimming pool, 2 new hot tubs, a computer with hi speed internet for your use, concierge services, and a large meeting room, all located directly next to this condo...steps away.
