Miacomet Pond cottage Rental Property Information

Brand new 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom Cottage located on Pond View Drive. This cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Walk to beach or bike to town. First floor includes gourmet kitchen with Viking stove and granite counter tops, dining room and family room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Family room includes 40' Sony XBR HD LCD TV with surround sound system. Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Upstairs is a full loft with a sleeper sofa, closet and a full bath, and a den/rec area with TV. This property will be finished in March and will not be available until June of 2008.

Pond View Drive is located at the end of Miacomet Road. This property is walking distance to the beach or Miacomet Pond and only a 3 miles walk or bike to town. Located near Miacomet pond to the west pond view drive is a dead end street and Miacomet beach 1/4 mile to the south. The pond is available for small children to swim while older kids can swim at the beach. A lifeguard is on duty during the summer months. A short bike ride gain access to the Surfside bike path where you can ride your bike on a path to Sconset or Madaket.
