Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C in LR, ceiling fan in dining area,wall to wall throughout. 1.5 miles to bay beach. 3 restaurants, 4 pools (indoor/outdoor), Health Club Facility on site, bike paths, and beach nearby. Pool passes included for access to the Arbor, Fletcher and Reef pools, all within walking distance of condo.Close to the Captains Golf Course ( a Brewster owned public course). Many Cape Cod attractions are minutes away. No Smoking permitted in unit.
