A truly unique property Easy to get to but off the beaten path, 'Mead's Folly' is remarkable in it's location. You can walk or ride your bike down the road and along one of Martha's Vineyard's 'ancient ways' , or visit the galleries and antique shops, or relax on one of the island beaches. It's all within easy reach. And at the end of the day, relax on the deck and look out over the huckleberry bushes to the fields beyond. You will love it!

You'll never know it's there! There is an owner occupied barn as well as totally separate two bedroom rental also on property, but your privacy will not be compromised as this cottage is situated all by itself on beautiful hilltop.
