Payment in full must be made 30 days before rental date. If reservation is made within 30 days of stay, full payment must be received within 5 days of reservation. Cancellation policy, if condo is re-rented the time renter reserved, money will be returned. Please inquire with any questions you might have.

Lots of entertainment Our Place at the Beach, Ocean Block on 50th Street is conveniently located with easy access to beach, amusement parks, boardwalk, Northside Park on 125th Street (ball field, jogging & rollerblade paths, piers), Assateague Island, shopping outlets (Maryland & Rehoboth), championship golf courses, miniature golfing, marinas and fishing piers (ocean and bay), crabbing, sight seeing cruises, nightly entertainment, outdoor concerts, and restaurants to please any appetite. Ride the bus for $2/person Ride-All-Day Pass from the OC Inlet to Delaware Line.
