Bali-inspired design Home is 10 years old. It was designed and built to provide modern conveniences but give the ambiance of a Balinese compound. The second bedroom/bathroom suite is in its own structure, called the 'Rice House' after the traditional structure in a Balinese family compound used for storing harvested rice. After the harvest is sold the space becomes guest quarters for visiting friends and family. Since the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house two couples enjoy maximum provacy.
