OCEANFRONT home on PRISTINE MARINE RESERVE Watch the waves or the turtles from the covered deck as you sip your morning coffee!! Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! Good area to snorkel. Easy entrance into the water. Large variety of colorful fish and sea turtles. You can walk on the beach from this house all the way to Maria's beach. If you still have energy left, you can walk around Calypso Cafe, and to the lighthouse. Walk to the left and you will come to the small marine area where you can arrange for trips to Desecheo Island to dive or snorkel. Tired from all that exercise? Relax by the pool or nap in the hammock under the palms.

Restaurants and shops within walking distance Just a short, safe walk on the beach or road to Shipwreck Restaurant, The Spot Back Eagle Restaurant, or Club Nautico where you can feel like a 'Local' The newly renovated Ricnon Town Center, is just about 1/2 mile walk from Por fin tres palmas house. Many locals have recently set up shops and restaurants in this beautiful square. Stroll aound the center to see the local aritsans dispays, bring home some unique, artistic tee shirts from the Uncharted Studios located across from the Catholic Church, cool off with Hawaiian Shaved Ices, pick up some local mangos, avocados, or other produce in season, or check out the locals playing dominos in the square.

Private home Private pool This is a private home, not a condo or town house. The grounds and the pool are for the use of the guests in your group only. There are no other apartments on the grounds. All beaches are open to the public in Puerto Rico, but this is a quiet beach. You may see people strolling by, but definitely no crowds here.
