Cancun condo Rental Property Information

Penthouse condo 3A is ideally located in Punta Cancun, near shops, restaurants, and night clubs. If I don't have your dates I also have PH3B next door with more availability, id 179488. The location is at Kukulcan 9.1 Km, the center of the Hotel Zone being 9.0 Km. Walk to many interesting clubs and night spots without taxi or bus. This building is directly on the beach, as you step out of the lobby it is only a few steps to the beach and water. From the terrace you can look directly at the Caribbean, watch the sun rise over the water, and view directly the oceans allure. The unit has 2 queen size beds upstairs with a shower in the bathroom. There is a glass sliding door to the roof top terrace that has a table with 4 chairs and 2 deck lounge chairs for sunning. Downstairs there is a living room with a balcony and a sofa sleeper and futon, a tv with a dvd/cd player and a kitchen with a refrigerator, cook top, microwave, and a toaster oven.

Penthouse 3A is located in the Salvia Condominium, at Blvd. Kukulcan 9.1 Km, steps to many restaurants such as the Hard Rock Cafe, Rain Forest, Carlos and Charlies, Hooters, Dadios, stores and curios shops and the convention center. The building is directly on the water, with the ocean on your doorstep. Within a short ride are the main city of Cancun to the north, out of the Hotel Zone, a short ride to the airport, with the golf course of Pok de Pok very near, and other courses close by. The whole of the Cancun vacation area is within short walking distance, and excursion arrangements can be make from the condo complex. Snorkel or go diving, take in the jungle with zip lines, visit the Mayan ruins in Tulum, or take the ferry boat to Cozumel.

Further Details for the condo in Yucatan / Mayan Riviera, Mexico

The Beach is within a few steps. There are tide pools near the condos at the beach, and lots of sand in both the north and south directions. The water is inviting and pleasant, warm year round. The sand is powdery and soft. Mexico has only public beaches here so cruise the coastline without restriction and establish a new beach head every day. Wake up early or stay up till dawn and watch the sun rise out of the ocean from the balcony or from the water edge camera in hand. Within walking distance is a Hard Rock cafe, Hooters, Carlos and Charlies, etc., a Starbucks, shops and mini markets. Excursions can be booked at the hotel, taxis and buses are available outside the entrance, with trips to the Mayan ruins in Tulum and Chichin Itza, golf at Pok de Pok, and the Hilton, with other golf in the area, snorkeling at Xcaret, with a ferry at Playa del Carmen to Cozamel. A boat trip to Isla Mujeres to see the sleeping sharks!

Want to go shopping? Stroll down the Boulevard Kukulcan to various shops for gifts and remebrances, jewelery, and souvenirs. Take a moment to walk to the Caracol shopping area, stopping for a beverage or bite to eat at the outside restaurants. This multi-level shopping center has many shops with clothes and jewelry and trinkets of Cancun to remember you visit. There are atms and banking facilities here.

Would you like some pampering? Book an appointment at the pool side spa at Salvia for a wonderful massage, have a facial, or get your toenails refreshed. If you forgot to get you hair trimmed you can do that too. Relax by the pool with a tall cool one and regain some energy for the coming evening festivities.
