Waikiki studio Rental Property Information

This is a highly desirable building in the heart of Waikiki near the International Market Place and steps from the beach, a full size grocery, zoo, park, and the bus line. This condo offers everything a vacationer would want and more. The condo offers a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, washer/dryer in the unit, full bath, air conditioning, wifi, and a large lanai with views. We have two studios that have been updated in May 2007 and again in December 2007. They have been newly painted inside and out, have all new bedding, furniture, new laminate flooring, and small appliances. We have placed a blender, microwave, large Japanese rice cooker, mixer, and crock pot in each unit. The building has a roof top pool, sauna, hot tub, BBQ grills and picnic area. There is 24 hour security, free parking and a lovely lobby for relaxing. These units have all linens, cooking supplies, beach chairs, everything you would need. Just bring your toothbrush and come to Paradise!!

You will be steps from everything that Waikiki has to offer. There is no need to have a car, but should you decide to, we offer free parking. You are steps from the famous Waikiki Beach at the Duke Statue, International Market Place, a 24 hour fitness center, golf, major hotels, world class restaurants, bus lines, trolley stops, zoo, aquarium, library, the only full size grocery store in Waikiki, and the park. You will be in the very center of Waikiki.

About Us THE OWNERS: No concerns here. We are retired educators. Marie [57 years old] was a middle school and high school counselor, and Stan [63 years old] was head of the Humanities Department at the local college. We come from very different backgrounds: a farm girl from Ohio and a city boy reared in the cultural center of Boston. Retiring on the Outer Banks near our two grown children and three small grandchildren, we have lived and worked for 30 years in North Carolina. We love to spend quality time with our family, engulf ourselves in the beauty of nature, lose ourselves reading a good novel, and attend classical music concerts or the theater. We will be glad to provide references upon request.
