This one level 1,712 sq ft located in the new Country Place subdivision was built in late 2006. It is located approximately 4 miles from 1-10 interstate/Loop 101 and 8.9 miles to University of Phoenix Stadium. The new house features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a 2 car garage with parking for an additional 2 cars. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area, it comes fully furnished with cooking amenities, utensils and a microwave oven. The master bedroom has a king size bed and sleeper sofa and the other two bedroom have 2 sets of bunk beds each. All bedrooms comes furnished with linens.
