Just 100 yards from the Beach! This 3 bedroom, 3rd row home is not your average beach house. Newly renovated, this home is decorated in a Tommy Bahama theme. Your family will feel right at home in the comfortable North Forest beach house. Just steps to the beach,and just 10 blocks from Coligny Plaza, 4 Kingfisher is the ideal house for a family vacation.
Bedding consists of 2 king beds, 2 Twin beds, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. There are 3 full private bathrooms, and one with access from the living area. For additional bedding the sleeper sofa is in the living room. A sliding door off the living area provides easy access to a screened in patio, adjacent to the fenced in pool area. This is perfect for small children or pets.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
