Proximity to the Toccoa River and trout fishing This home is directly on the Toccoa River. Unlike many homes that advertise being on a Lake or River that actually only have a view, this home borders the River and offers a lot of fun for the whole family. It is below the dam of Lake Blue Ridge so it maintains an ideal temperature for trout fishing. This stretch of the River is notorious for it's excellent fishing.

This home is over the top luxury This home has wireless DSL. This home has 3 flat panel HD televisions with surround sound. The basement has a rear projection HD set with surround sound. The home has a pool table and a hot tub. The Master Suite is as big as many cabins entire first floors.
