Notes:

Communal pool, children playground, baseball court are all right in the back of the house. Our outdoor hot tub is ready and waiting for you to relax and enjoy in it!!!! The house does not have air conditioner because it is not needed as the weather is full of mountain fresh air and it is very comfortable without AC. Hammock available in the backyard for afternoon siesta. The entertainment room has pool table, darts, air hockey table, bar, 46 inch plasma tv, couch and more, perfect place to have fun! The new fence has been installed so that your children and/or pets can play and parents can relax. Dears stop by sometimes with their babies and you can enjoy watching them. Smoking allowed only outside on deck, sorry, no smoking allowed in the house.
