This downtown property is located 1/2 mile from exclusive Montecito and within one mile of Santa Barbara's shopping, dining and nightlife of State Street. You are located adjacent to the Santa Barbara zoo, bird refuge and a short 10 min walk to the pier all along the bike path. This is a great area for roaming around.
