| Notes: | The living room has leather furniture, including a pullout sofa bed, & a new 27' flat-screen TV as well as DVD/VCR/CD players. Kitchen is well-equipped & has all new appliances & countertops, making this area of the villa very attractive as well as functional. The dining area has a new, very contemporary, glass-top table with bar-height chairs to maximize the oceanfront view. New bar-height deck furniture rounds out the main floor, as you look directly to the ocean, viewing the shrimp boats, the porpoises jumping, and very few people walking, fishing, or sunbathing on the white sandy beach. Departure cleaning is included for all rentals of 3 days or more. Saturday is normally the changeover day in the summer, but it can be negotiable. Long term renters are welcome. As owners, we try to spend as much time there as our schedule permits but would love to share it with you for several days, a week, or even longer! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!!
