3 Bedrooms, 2 Master Suites oceanfront whitewater views + 1bdrm. 2 entrances - entire top floor of south building not connected to other units 3 parking spaces with storage Gated security entrance Oceanfront pool just below penthouse, oceanfront stairs to beach( private), oceanfront club house, built into cliff, oceanfront beach bathroom with hot showers. Sauna just steps from penthouse, 2 tennis courts. 'Anyone wishing access to the exercise room, who is 18 years of age or older needs to go to the office and sign a waiver form and deposit 50.00 for the key which will be refunded once the key is returned.'
The Del Mar Beach Club is conveniently located on the oceanfront just 1.25m in a direct beeline from Hwy 5 on Via De la Valle on North side of the Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track. This oceanfront penthouse is a only 2-3 minute drive away from this prime area, about 4 tenths of a mile. Del Mar Beach Club is considered one the Primer Complexes on the Oceanfront in North County. There are plenty of great restaurants within a short distance. Fish Market, Brigantines, Bullys, Fidels, etc. Flower Hill with Movie Theater.

A unique one of kind location. Oceanfront. Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen has whitewater views. Oceanfront Master Bedroom & Bath whitewater views. Oceanfront 2nd Master Bedroom & Bath whitewater views. Private wide staircase built into cliff leading to beach that is much more private
