A large, 2300 Sq. Ft. two story townhome 50 feet from the beach. Home has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath. Our home also has a wet bar, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, double carport, and bonus room off master suite. Don't miss out on this one easy beach access property. This property is 5 min. to shopping, restaurants, golf and theme parks. This house is for a large family or share the cost between two smaller families or friends. After staying here once you will want to come back year after year.

Although the area is best known for its sugary, white sand beaches and the emerald green waters, you'll find plenty to do off the beach. Just a few of our family attractions in Panama City Beach include water and amusement parks, a zoo, marine park, racetrack, miniature golf courses and more. The Town home is located just off Thomas Drive where are the area dinning and activities are located. Surf drive is Ocean Front and our property is on the corner of Cobia and Surf Drive with Thomas Drive behind the Town home. The area is private. It is a residential vacation rental area. It is a safe area for children and you can walk to many activities and restaurants.

With an average of 320 days of sunshine a year here, there's plenty of time to enjoy our beaches as well as the many other outdoor activities and entertainment venues that have made Panama City Beach a popular vacation escape for more than 40 years. Pleasant year-round temperatures (an average 78 degrees) make falling in love with the town especially easy

Spinnaker Beach Club & Paradise Grill is in walking distance from the Townhome. It is great to walk to the night life and never have to get in your automobile. Most dinning, clubs and activities are located in the Thomas Drive Area.
