Oualie Bay villa Rental Property Information

San Souci sits on a 1.6 acres property at an elevation of 120 feet, offering not only a wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring island of St. Kitts, but also of the valley and wildlife that are part of the wonderful island of Nevis. Sans Souci has an open floor plan that provides views from all areas of the house. Furnished and equipped as a personal residence, Sans Souci is well equipped to provide ultimate comfort for up to four adults. The house is finished with locally produced products. The floors and counter tops, and three showers are all finished with naturally cut stone picked from the island, cut locally and installed by Caribbean craftsmen. All of the doors and windows were manufactured on Nevis. Eight foot high, louvered doors face the Sea and allow for an open feeling during the day and nice tropical breezes at night, giving one a cool, yet secure sleep. Pick up at Newcastle, Nevis airport or the ferry is available.. Our maid will clean and prepare the property for your arrivall, and will clean once per rental week. She may also be available for additional days at a rate of 100 ECD per four hours - approximately $37.00 USD, should you need additional maid service. The pool is maintained on either Thursday or Friday and takes approximately 30 minutes. The gardener will be on site for approximately 4 to 6 hours per week. Sans Souci is a non smoking house and we would appreciate your consideration in keeping it smoke free.


Further Details for the villa in St Kitts & Nevis

Built as three separate, but linked areas for maximum privacy. The Great Room houses the kitchen, living and indoor dining area. Adjoining the great room to one side is the Master bedroom and an ensuite bathroom plus large walk in closet. The guest area is to the left of the front entry and has two bedroom, a full bathroom and the laundry facilities. The guest bedroom looks at the Caribbean Sea and the pool. The courtyard room is being used as an owner lockout, but has a king size, two twin bed combination. If extra sleeping accommodations are needed, please email a request. A full length natural stone terrace with a covered veranda, two pergolas and a 12 x 24 Infinity Edge pool face the Caribbean Sea.

San Souci was designed to be 'eco' friendly. There is a separate gray water piping allowing for the future recycling for garden use of all water from the sinks, showers and washing machine. All appliances are new and energy efficient. A trash compactor is used to minimize the use of plastic trash bags. Hot water is provided by a solar system and high efficiency ceiling fans are used to cool the rooms, although we do have air conditioning in the three bedrooms for limited use. Even the swimming pool uses an Ecosmarte purification system all but eliminating the need for chlorine.
